专利说明:
Clamp for a wristband Field of the Invention The present invention relates to the field of healthcare technology. More specifically, the invention relates to solutions to increase the reliability of devices used in elderly care. Background of the Invention In hospitals and residential and care centers for the elderly, care technology is increasingly being used today. The increased interest in care technology results, among other things, from new technological developments that offer more possibilities to offer care at a distance or to make a home environment 'intelligent' with care home automation. In the first place care technology serves as support to increase the quality of life (eg in terms of self-reliance, safety, ...) of the person asking for care. When it comes to dementia care, it includes, among other things, error or fall detection, personal alarm, ... In order to detect erroneous behavior, use is often made of a device which, for example by means of sending GPS signals, allows locating the person in question. Such a device is usually attached to the person with a wrist strap or ankle strap. It is of course of great importance that the person cannot unplug and remove such a device. In NL1041489 a system for electronic location monitoring is presented. The system comprises a transmitter which is attached to the body by means of a cuff, typically on the wrist, ankle or neck. The cuff is provided with a lock, which consists of two insert elements that can be connected to each other by a one-way snap connection. To release the lock, one of the elements must be destroyed. Document US2012 / 050532 deals with a portable personal tracking device that can communicate via a mobile network. The device includes a wrist-mounted part, with a wrist strap and a clasp that holds the wrist strap on a user's wrist. The strap can be locked remotely and also causes an alarm when opened in a certain mode. The housing has a position-detecting part that detects the position of a user who has said wrist BE2018 / 5111 carries a mounted part and a cellular transmitter / receiver part that communicates information via the mobile network. The remote control button can receive the lock alarm, and can also set up a remote control based on circumstances. However, such a system is complex and expensive. Simpler and cheaper solutions are therefore desirable. Ascom has a wireless transceiver on the market that can be worn as a wristband or neck transmitter (see web page https://www.ascom.com/be/nl-be/products/category/patient-resident-devices/patientpendants.html) ). The wristband can be locked to prevent removal. Locking is ensured by means of two separate closing pieces, one of which must be inserted through one of the holes in the wristband in order to be mounted on the other closing piece. There is a need for an alternative way to simply seal such a tape without the wearer being able to simply remove the applied closure and without the wearer being stigmatized. Summary of the Invention It is an object of embodiments of the present invention to propose a clip for a wrist or bracelet that can only be removed if one has a tool adapted to cooperate with the closure. . The above object is achieved by a clamp and kit of clamp and tool as described below. In a first aspect, the invention relates to a clamp to prevent removal of a wrist strap attached to a device by means of two ends, one end including a wrist strap closure with a buckle and a locking pin and the other end provided is from a longitudinal row of holes to receive the locking pin. The clamp is adapted to be slid over the buckle while the wrist strap is closed. The clamp is thereby provided with a cover side and comprises at least two lateral sides and on the inside of the cover side a recess adapted to receive the locking pin, and wherein at least one leg is placed on the inside of the recess on each side of the recess. cover side of the clamp and facing inwards so as to make an angle with the cover side. With the proposed clip, it indeed becomes impossible for the wearer to loosen the strap. Because the legs, once the clamp is applied over the buckle, BE2018 / 5111 stuck behind the edge of the buckle, the proposed clamp cannot simply be released by pulling or prying on the clamp. Thanks to the provided recess for the locking pin, the clamp fits perfectly on the buckle. In preferred embodiments, the at least two lateral sides include a bottom edge. In this way the clamp is guided when sliding over the buckle. In a preferred embodiment, the third lateral side is positioned to block the wristband closure. In one embodiment, the clip has a second cover side on the bottom. In further embodiments, the clamp includes a sloping center strip from the recess. In some embodiments, a flat portion is provided between the recess and the sloping center lane. In a preferred embodiment, the clip has exactly one leg on each side of the recess. In preferred embodiments, the cover side of the clip includes one or more openings for that at least one leg on each side of the recess. In another aspect, the invention relates to a kit that includes a clip as set forth above and a tool for opening the clip. The tool comprises a plate or handle which is provided at an edge at one end of the plate or handle with at least two tilted legs adapted to lift the at least one leg on each side of the recess. In preferred embodiments, the number of tilted legs of the tool is equal to the total number of legs of the clamp. In other embodiments, the number of tilted legs of the tool is smaller than the total number of legs of the clamp. In preferred embodiments, the tilted legs of the tool make an angle of 165 ° with the plate or handle. In addition, since some embodiments described herein include some, but not other, features included in other embodiments, combinations of features of different embodiments are intended to fall within the scope of the invention and form different embodiments, such as will be understood by someone skilled in this field. For example, in the following claims, any of the claimed embodiments can be used in any combination. It should be noted that the use of certain terminology in describing certain aspects of the invention does not imply that the terminology herein is redefined to be limited to any specific features of the features or aspects of the invention with which that terminology is associated. Numerous specific details are set forth in the description given here. However, it is understood that embodiments of the invention can be worked out without these specific details. In other cases, well-known methods, structures and techniques were not shown in detail in order not to obstruct the understanding of this description. The present invention relates to a clamp which ensures that the wristband, collar or ankle strap that a person wears cannot be removed without having an additional tool with shape and dimensions adapted to the wrist or ankle strap in matter. Use of the tool allows the bracelet to be removed without damaging the clamp or the bracelet. Both can therefore be reused. In an embodiment such as a wristband, the strap is intended to secure a device such as, for example, a watch or a transmitter, inter alia an ultrasonic transmitter / receiver (transmitter / receiver) or a GPS device or any other known means of locating persons put on the pulse. Reference is made to Fig.l. The wristband (10) is provided on one end with a conventional closure with buckle (11) and closure pin (12). The other end comprises a longitudinal row of holes (13) through which the locking pin can pass. The closing pin is fixed in a conventional manner to a transverse element (14) of the buckle, around which the closing pin can rotate through a certain angle through passing through one of the holes To become BE2018 / 5111. The buckle is often provided on the extreme side of the wristband with a small recess on which the end of the locking pin can rest. As a result, the closing pin does not protrude with its full thickness above the edge of the buckle, but only partially. An embodiment of a clamp according to the invention is shown in Fig. 2. The clamp (1) is dimensioned so that it is suitable for sliding over the buckle (11) (Fig. 2A). That is, it is not possible to give generally applicable dimensions of the clamp, since these are completely dependent on the dimensions of the wrist band closure (i.e. the buckle) to which the clamp according to the invention must fit. It is intended that the clamp according to the invention can be slid over the closure of the wrist band when the latter is closed, i.e. when the closing pin (12) is passed through one of the holes (13) and rests on the outside of the buckle . The clamp according to the invention has a cover side (2) at the top, i.e. a side that can be slid over the wrist band closure to largely or even completely shield it, and two or three lateral sides (3,4,5). Two lateral sides (3, 4) on the two sides of the wrist strap are shaped so as to facilitate sliding of the closure over the wrist strap closure. To this end, in a preferred embodiment, these lateral sides are provided with a lower edge (6) which holds the clamp on the wrist band closure. Preferably, there is a third lateral side on the wrist band that is transverse to the wrist band. This third lateral side can extend completely over the width of the wristband or can only be a spur of the other two lateral sides. Optionally, the clip according to the invention can still contain a complete cover (7) at the bottom of the clip. This is shown in Fig.3. On the inside of the cover side, a central strip (16) is provided that ends in a recess (15) into which the protruding part of the locking pin (12) fits. There is at least one leg (8) on each side of the central lane. In preferred embodiments, there is exactly one leg on each side of the recess. In an alternative embodiment, however, there may be more than one leg on one side or both sides. The top side of the clamp, i.e. the cover side, in some embodiments contains an appropriate number of openings (9) for the legs. In an embodiment with more than one leg on the same side, there can be one opening for all those legs together. In other embodiments with more than one leg on the same side of the central strip, the clamp as a whole may be wide enough to allow a separate opening for each leg. In yet other embodiments, that cover side is completely closed. BE2018 / 5111 When applying the clamp to the wristband clasp, the legs slide under tension over the buckle of the wristband clasp, pushing the legs upwards. Once the clip is fully over the buckle, the legs lose their tension and return to their original position, causing them to snag or snap behind the buckle. In certain embodiments, the recess forms the end of a sloping center strip (16) that gradually rises from the end of the recess and coincides on the opposite side with the inner edge of the top. This is shown in Fig. 4. In advantageous embodiments, the center strip rises above the inner edge from the top and thus creates a rib that protrudes above the edge, as seen in Fig. 2B. In one embodiment the rib can protrude between 0.5 and 6 mm above the edge, preferably 1 mm, 2 mm or 3 mm or 4 mm or 5 mm. The advantage of such a rib is that the clamp falls through the rib into a hole in the wristband. In certain embodiments, the slope does not begin to rise from the end of the recess, but there is first a flat portion and the slope only begins to rise farther away from said end of the recess. The legs are directed towards the inside of the clamp, i.e. away from the cover side, and thus make an angle with the top. This angle is adjusted to the shape of the wrist strap closure. The dimensions of the buckle of the wrist strap also determine the size of the necessary angle that the legs make. In another aspect, the invention discloses a tool (20) designed to cooperate with the clamp described above. In particular, the tool serves to remove the clamp of the present invention after it has been applied to the wrist band closure. Without this tool, as already stated, it is impossible to remove the clamp according to the invention. Thanks to this tool, the clamp can be removed in a non-destructive way. Therefore reuse becomes possible. An image of an embodiment of the tool is shown in Fig. 5. The tool is intended to release the clamp via the well-known lever principle. The tool (20) consists of a flat plate or handle (22) which is provided with a number of legs (21) at an edge at the end of the plate. In this embodiment, the tool takes the form of a fork, as it were. The number of legs and the placement on their edge are chosen such that the legs correspond in number and position to the clamp with which the tool must cooperate. That means that in preferred embodiments on both sides of the BE2018 / 5111 one leg is provided in the middle of said edge of the plate. The width of the legs corresponds to the legs in the clamp. However, this does not necessarily imply that the width of the legs and the number of legs is exactly the same in the tool and in the clamp. The tool always contains at least two legs corresponding in position to the legs of the clamp with which the tool cooperates. In an embodiment with for example four legs in the clamp, two on each side of the central strip, a tool with two legs can suffice. Fig. 6 shows such an embodiment in which the number of legs in the cover side is not equal to the number of legs provided on the tool. The clamp shown here has two legs on either side of the central strip. In the embodiment shown, one opening is provided on each side for the two legs. To remove the clamp, the tool is slid under the clamp, whereby the somewhat wider legs of the tool can lift the two legs on one side of the center lane. The legs of the tool are slightly inclined with respect to the plate or handle (22). The angle β between legs and plate (indicated in Fig. 5) has a value between 140 ° and 170 °. In a preferred embodiment, the angle β is equal to 165 °. To open the clamp, the legs of the tool are inserted under the cover side of the clamp, as shown in the left half of Fig. 7. To facilitate this, in some embodiments of the clip, a small recess (24) is provided at the edge of the clip in line with the inwardly directed legs of the clip. This recess (24) can be seen in the right half of Fig.7. Once the legs of the tool are brought under the cover side, the clamp can be released by pressing the plate or handle downwards, whereby the legs of the tool come up and thereby push the legs of the clamp upwards, so that they are unblocked. Fig. 8 shows an image of yet another embodiment of the tool. The tool (20) is in the form of a plate (22) on which at least two tilted legs (21) are provided on the inside, which extend to the edge of the plate. In another embodiment, there is still a small distance between the edge of the plate and the end of the tilted legs that extends to the plate. In the embodiment shown in Fig. 8, two edges are also provided which can slide over the lateral sides of the clamp when the tool is touched on the clamp. BE2018 / 5111 Alternatively, an embodiment is now presented in which the wristband contains not one but two locking pins. This of course has repercussions on the design of the clip. Just as in the embodiments described above, the clamp is provided with a cover side and contains at least two lateral sides. In certain of these alternative embodiments, a recess is, however, sufficiently large to receive the two locking pins. Regarding the legs, different options are possible. At least one leg is positioned on each side of the recess. An extra leg, or possibly more than one, may be provided between the two locking pins. The legs are placed in an opening in the cover side of the clamp and are directed inwards and thus form an angle with the cover side. In other embodiments, a separate recess is provided for each locking pin. In these cases, at least one leg is positioned on each side of a recess. Possibly a leg is shared between the two locking pins. The legs are placed in an opening in the cover side of the clamp, just as explained above. Although the invention has been illustrated and described in detail in the drawings and previous description, such illustrations and descriptions are to be considered as illustrative or exemplary and not restrictive. The foregoing description explains certain embodiments of the invention in detail. It should be noted, however, that no matter how detailed the foregoing is included in the text, the invention can be practiced in many ways. The invention is not limited to the disclosed embodiments. Other variations on the disclosed embodiments may be understood and performed by persons skilled in the art and by practicing the claimed invention, through a study of the drawings, the disclosure, and the appended claims. In the claims, the word comprising does not exclude other elements or steps and the indefinite article does not exclude a plural. A single processor or other unit can perform the functions of different items in the claims. The mere fact that certain measures are listed in mutually different dependent claims does not mean that a combination of those measures cannot be used to benefit. A computer program can be stored / distributed on a suitable medium, such as an optical storage medium or semiconductor medium supplied with or as part of other hardware, but can also be distributed in other forms, such as via the internet or other wired or wireless BE2018 / 5111 telecommunication systems.
